Design a cohesive and effective visual language that translates into a comprehensive and modern packaging, and create a holistic eCommerce experience by effectively communicating the brand identity on all DTC channels.
We redesigned the packaging, keeping the brand’s essence in mind and at the same time, allowing the colour to identify each SKU while upgrading the fonts and logo lines to better represent the evolution of skinVacious.
Our growth strategy included constant communication through blog, email campaigns, and social media dynamic content. This helped us keep the community up-to-date with the latest releases, promotions, and educational posts.
Engaging social media content curation reflects the brand’s values, and effectively communicates the brand’s USP. Using strategic community management as a method of education helped to stimulate customer’s curiosity to allow a better understanding of the product and attract new customers.
We increased conversions on the website by optimizing the site and adding social eCommerce through an Instagram shop. Consumers were able to find and purchase products easier, resulting in increased online sales.
