SkinVacious aimed to increase its position in the skincare market by enhancing its brand presentation and digital footprint. The goal was clear: ensure the professional-grade products were represented effectively through their packaging as well as online presence.
Approach
We undertook a redesign of SkinVacious’s packaging, ensuring it echoed the brand’s dedication to quality skincare. Each SKU was given a distinct colour, and fonts and logos were modernized to mirror the brand’s evolution.
Migrating this refreshed identity online, we executed a series of compelling social media content and email campaigns. Each interaction was designed to highlight the brand’s commitment to skincare excellence, allowing the efficacy of the products to shine through.

By emphasizing SkinVacious’s commitment to top-tier skincare, we created content that informed and engaged. Our focus on community management became a hub for skincare education, answering questions and driving interest in the brand’s offerings.
The online shopping experience was streamlined with intuitive website enhancements and the addition of an Instagram shop. This simplification of the shopping journey directly contributed to an uptick in online sales.
