CHALLENGE

The Sandoichis, a charming line of animal sandwich collectible plushies, needed to elevate their digital presence as they expanded into Walmart stores across the US and Canada. The challenge was twofold: maintain the playful, fun identity of the brand while professionalising its social media efforts to stand out in the highly competitive collectible plushie market. The goal was to broaden their audience reach, cultivate a loyal fan base, generate excitement for new releases, and position The Sandoichis as a must-have collectible. With organic content and paid campaigns, we aimed to tap into trending topics, boost engagement, and ensure the most cost-effective visibility for the brand.

We developed a vibrant, playful content strategy centered around The Sandoichis’ adorable collectibility. The objective was to create a sense of joy and excitement, encouraging fans to share their own Sandoichis experiences while building anticipation for new product releases. Following our established Playbook, we ensured that every post was consistent and aligned with the brand’s fun, engaging identity.

These platforms were strategically used to foster a community around the brand and spark organic conversations among plushie enthusiasts.

Our strategy emphasized cost-effective reach by tapping into trends and boosting high-performing content, ensuring maximum engagement and driving sales. The ads were designed to highlight the fun and collectibility of The Sandoichis, making them an irresistible choice for consumers.

Results

Within just three months, The Sandoichis saw significant gains in brand awareness and online engagement:

  • Viral Success: Several TikTok videos went viral, driving massive awareness and excitement around the brand.
  • Substantial Growth: The Sandoichis achieved over 3 million video views, more than 3 million impressions, and a +20.2% increase in audience growth across all platforms.
  • Increased Recognition: The brand became widely recognized within the plushie-collecting community as a top collectible item, with fans eagerly awaiting new product launches and releases.
